製作過程相當困難, 原因是為了讓客人吃到啖啖的肉鬆, 所以設計成旋轉式, 好讓多點肉鬆陷入餅臼中,也因此容易碎裂。首先要把餡料一層一層鋪好, 雪凍變硬後人手切割, 卷成旋轉型再放入焗爐烘焙, 全程絕不能用機器, 所以珍貴。
美味健康的紫菜,濃香牛油加上甘香鹹蛋,再搭佩鬆脆可口的豬肉鬆,入口回香無窮,令人一試難忘!

A spiral pattern style of cookies combined with Japanese seaweed, salted egg and pork floss. To allow more pork floss in place for better taste experience, the production processes are very difficult due to the raw materials can easily be crushed into pieces if not handle them cautiously and manually. For instance, we firstly fill up the pattern with such materials layer by layer, then freeze them until hard enough for manually cutting, after cutting in pieces, putting them into oven for baking. That's why it's delicious and precious.
